Social Media Giveaway Terms & Conditions
These Giveaway Terms & Conditions apply to all giveaways organised by Wee Whiskers Pet Supplies, unless otherwise stated in the individual giveaway post.
1. Promoter
The promoter is Wee Whiskers Pet Supplies.
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, or any other social media platform, website or third-party company.
2. Eligibility
Giveaways are open to residents of mainland United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, unless otherwise stated.
Employees, immediate family members or anyone directly involved in the administration of the giveaway are not eligible to enter.
Only entries received before the published closing date and time will be accepted.
Entries must comply with these Terms & Conditions and the instructions provided in the relevant giveaway post.
3. How to Enter

No purchase is necessary.
Entries must be submitted before the published closing date and time.
Entries that are incomplete or do not comply with the giveaway rules may be disqualified.
4. Prize

Prizes are non-transferable.
No cash or alternative prize is available.
Wee Whiskers Pet Supplies reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value where necessary.
Where prizes include pet food, treats, toys or accessories, products will be selected according to the winner's pet species and current stock availability.
5. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the giveaway has closed.
The winner will be contacted via the social media platform on which they entered.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Wee Whiskers Pet Supplies reserves the right to redraw the prize and select another winner.
The decision of Wee Whiskers Pet Supplies is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.
6. Delivery
Unless otherwise stated, prizes will be delivered free of charge to a mainland UK address.
If a prize is lost or damaged during delivery, Wee Whiskers Pet Supplies will work with the delivery provider to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution where possible.
Wee Whiskers Pet Supplies cannot be held responsible for delays caused by delivery providers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7. Pet Welfare
Owners are responsible for ensuring that all food, treats, toys and accessories are suitable for their individual pet.
New foods and treats should always be introduced gradually, and pets should be supervised when using toys, chews or accessories.
Please follow any manufacturer guidance provided with the products.
8. Fair Play
Wee Whiskers Pet Supplies reserves the right to refuse or disqualify any entry that:
Is incomplete or fraudulent.
Uses multiple accounts or other methods to gain an unfair advantage.
Breaches the giveaway rules or these Terms & Conditions.
Contains offensive, abusive or inappropriate content.
Is suspected of automated, manipulated or dishonest entry methods.
9. Privacy
If you win, we will only collect the personal information necessary to administer the giveaway and arrange delivery of your prize.

We will never sell your personal information or use it for marketing without your consent. Your information will only be shared with trusted third parties where necessary to deliver your prize.
